Key Responsibilities
- Assist adults with diverse needs in performing daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided, client progress, and any significant events.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare and social care professionals.
- Promote client independence, choice, and dignity at all times, adhering to person-centred care principles.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanour.
- Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexibly, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
