About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and analyze aircraft structural components and systems using advanced CAD/CAE software.
• Perform detailed stress analysis, fatigue life prediction, and material selection for aerospace structures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production and assembly.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for design release and regulatory approval.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and validation testing of structural components.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies within the engineering department.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in structural design and analysis within the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Nastran).
• Strong understanding of composite materials, metallic alloys, and their application in aerospace structures.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes and relevant industry standards (e.g., ARP4754, DO-160).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
