Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and test mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications.
- Perform structural analysis, thermal analysis, and dynamic simulations using specialized software.
- Develop detailed 3D models and engineering drawings compliant with aerospace standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and flight test teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Document designs, analyses, and test results meticulously.
- Contribute to design reviews and provide technical expertise to resolve engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry , focusing on mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAE software (e.g., CATIA, NASTRAN, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Experience with fatigue and fracture mechanics is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
