Aftersales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client’s franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester.

The Aftersales Manager will play a key role in overseeing the aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Drive and manage the aftersales department to deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction Supervise and support a team including vehicle technicians, service advisors, parts advisors, and drivers Ensure maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour and parts/accessories Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and compliance with company policies Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and departmental profitability Monitor and report departmental performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded Promote teamwork, staff training, and continuous improvement within the departmentRequirements:
