About the Role

Our client requires a certified and experienced Arborist to provide expert tree care services for clients in and around Reading . This role involves conducting tree surveys, performing pruning, trimming, and felling operations, and advising clients on tree health and management. You will work at heights, utilizing specialized equipment, and adhering to stringent safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both the public and the trees. Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and removal services.
• Conduct tree health assessments and diagnose pests, diseases, and structural issues.
• Provide expert advice to clients on tree care, maintenance, and risk management.
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other arboricultural equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and client consultations.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized arboricultural body (e.g., RFS, ISA).
• Proven experience as a professional Arborist .
• Proficiency in tree climbing techniques and the use of associated safety equipment.
• Strong knowledge of tree biology, diseases, and pests.
• Valid UK driving license and ability to work effectively in the Reading area.
