Job Description
Job Overview
An Architect is required to support the design and technical delivery of leisure and wellness projects in Brighton, including leisure centres, gyms, community hubs and swimming pool schemes. This role suits an experienced architectural professional with at least five years’ post-qualification experience, proven project-running capability and confidence working directly with clients. Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are required, alongside experience coordinating architectural information through relevant RIBA stages and managing technical project requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across active leisure projects
- Manage projects through relevant RIBA stages
- Coordinate designs with statutory requirements
- Lead client meetings and project presentations
- Produce coordinated information using Revit and AutoCAD
Skills & Experience Required
- At least five years’ post-qualification experience
- Proven architectural project-running experience
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Confident client-facing and presentation skills
- Relevant leisure or wellness project experience
