About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled and dedicated Aviation Maintenance Technician to perform routine and complex maintenance on aircraft and related systems at Liverpool Airport . This hands-on role is crucial for ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of the fleet, adhering strictly to manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards. You will work as part of a highly skilled team, contributing to the safety and efficiency of flight operations. This position offers the chance to work with modern aircraft technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft components and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to workshop safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Relevant certifications such as EASA Part-66 or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, avionics).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
