About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled Biostatistician to contribute to their Pharmaceutical Development efforts in Bradford . This hybrid role involves working on critical aspects of clinical trial design, data analysis, and interpretation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the statistical rigor and validity of research findings, supporting the development of new medicines. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to producing high-quality statistical evidence for regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and observational studies.
- Perform statistical analysis of clinical trial data using SAS, R, or other statistical software.
- Interpret statistical results and contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports and manuscripts.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, data management, and medical writing teams.
- Ensure compliance with statistical methodologies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Develop and validate statistical programs and datasets.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in biostatistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS or R is essential.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for statistical analysis in drug development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
