You will leverage data insights, market trends, and shopper behavior analysis to develop compelling category strategies and recommendations that influence shopper choices and retailer partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement category strategies that drive sales volume, market share, and profitability.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, shopper insights, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate category strategies into effective plans and promotions.
Build strong relationships with retail partners, presenting category insights and recommendations.
Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning for key categories.

Requirements

Significant experience in category management or a related commercial role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in using sales data systems.
Excellent understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and market trends.
Proven ability to develop and present persuasive business recommendations.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, essential for working with diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
