Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement remote operational strategies for all catering services, focusing on efficiency and quality control.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of catering staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships for all catering supplies and ingredients, optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health & safety legislation across all operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure client feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior catering management or operations role, with a strong understanding of food service principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
- Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software for operations management and reporting.
