About the Role

You will be responsible for process design, optimization, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements to meet production targets and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify chemical processes to meet production and quality requirements.
- Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement solutions.
- Optimize process parameters to improve yield, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste.
- Ensure all process designs and operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with plant operations, maintenance, and R&D teams to support ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
- Strong understanding of unit operations, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.
- Experience with process safety principles and hazard identification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
