Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Oncology Trials

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their dedicated team managing oncology clinical trials in Coventry . You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of clinical studies, monitoring site performance, and maintaining accurate study documentation. This role is vital for the successful progression of life-saving cancer therapies through rigorous clinical evaluation. You will work closely with investigators, study coordinators, and internal project teams to uphold the highest standards of data integrity and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure timely collection, review, and verification of clinical trial data and source documentation.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate site-level issues and deviations promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical investigators and site staff.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other essential documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate , with a strong understanding of ICH-GCP.
• Demonstrated experience in managing oncology clinical trials.
• Excellent knowledge of clinical trial processes , regulatory requirements, and data management.
• Proficiency in EDC systems and clinical trial management software.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
