Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their expanding clinical operations team in Coventry . You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, from site initiation to close-out, guaranteeing compliance with all regulatory requirements and protocols. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple sites, build strong relationships with investigators and site staff, and contribute to the timely and efficient delivery of critical research projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with the clinical trial protocol and GCP guidelines.
• Oversee data quality and integrity by reviewing source documents, case report forms (CRFs), and other trial-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards at all clinical trial sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites, providing support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present monitoring visit reports, detailing findings, action items, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate , with a strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory affairs.
• Demonstrated experience in site management and monitoring for various phases of clinical trials.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
