About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance policies and procedures.

- Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
- Thorough understanding of UK financial regulations (e.g., FCA rules, AML, KYC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with compliance monitoring software is advantageous.
