About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Construction Site Supervisor for projects in the Plymouth area. You will be instrumental in overseeing the daily activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role involves supervising trades, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining site organization. The hybrid nature of this role allows for effective on-site management combined with essential off-site planning and administrative duties, contributing to the successful delivery of diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and site policies.

Requirements
