Our client is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Manager to oversee their internal and external communications strategies from their prominent office in Bristol . This critical role ensures that the company's message is effectively communicated to employees, stakeholders, media, and the public, fostering a strong corporate reputation and clear understanding of company objectives. You will be instrumental in developing communication plans, managing crisis communications, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This is a senior position for a strategic communicator who thrives in a structured, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communications plans , both internal and external.
Manage all media relations, including press releases, inquiries, and crisis communications.
Craft key messaging for senior leadership and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.
Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.
Monitor and analyse communication effectiveness, reporting on key metrics.

Requirements

Significant experience in a corporate communications or senior PR role.
Proven ability to manage complex communication challenges and crisis situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling capabilities.
Experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies.
Strong understanding of media relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
