Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms for algorithmic trading.

• Develop and backtest trading strategies, optimizing parameters for maximum profitability and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and software engineers to deploy and monitor trading algorithms.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Financial Engineering.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Scientist or Quantitative Analyst in the Banking & Finance sector, with a focus on trading.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading concepts, and financial data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented trading environment.
