About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team in Reading . This role is pivotal in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI. Working within a dedicated marketing department, you will play a key role in shaping data-informed strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing metrics and trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify successes, failures, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent tracking and measurement across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
