About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in Birmingham . This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue targets. You will manage all aspects of online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical marketer to make a significant impact within a growing organization, working closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Manage and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings and ROI.
Oversee social media presence, content creation, and community engagement.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of success.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
