About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing efforts from their Leeds office. This role is critical in developing, implementing, and managing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies, working collaboratively with sales and product teams. This is a key position for a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, leverage digital technologies, and deliver measurable ROI in a dynamic market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve target KPIs and ROI.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content to attract and nurture leads.
- Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all digital platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
