About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts from their Reading office. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy within the e-commerce sector. You will lead a small team and work collaboratively across departments to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, affiliate marketing).
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content to attract and retain target audiences.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Analyze digital marketing performance data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts and cohesive customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Willingness to work in our Reading office and collaborate in person.
