Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and management of all sports facilities, including fields, courts, and indoor arenas.
• Oversee budget creation and management, ensuring financial accountability and driving revenue generation opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance, repair, and capital improvement plans for all facilities.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and accessibility regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of facility managers, maintenance staff, and operational personnel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in sports facility management at a senior or director level.
