Full-time Sports Facilities Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Sports Facilities Coordinator to manage the booking, maintenance, and operational aspects of their sports venues in Portsmouth . This role is crucial for ensuring that sports facilities are available, well-maintained, and safe for community use, covering a range of indoor and outdoor spaces. You will liaise with sports clubs, community groups, and internal maintenance teams to facilitate seamless operations and high user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling and booking system for all sports facilities, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of sports grounds, pitches, courts, and indoor halls.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user groups regarding facility bookings and operational queries.
• Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and security standards, conducting regular site checks.

Requirements
