E-commerce Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales databases).
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
• Identify trends in customer behaviour, purchasing patterns, and website navigation to suggest improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize website performance, user experience, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing, product, and sales teams to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor competitor performance and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
