About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical E-commerce Analyst to join their team, working entirely remotely. This role is critical for interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for their e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders to optimize the online customer journey and maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of e-commerce data from various sources, including website analytics, sales platforms, and marketing tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and traffic sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns, website usability, and customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
