E-commerce Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-savvy and detail-oriented E-commerce Analyst to join their team in Bristol . You will be responsible for analyzing e-commerce data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve online performance. This role requires a strong aptitude for data interpretation, a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders. You will play a key part in optimizing the customer experience and maximizing revenue through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in e-commerce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and business drivers.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
