About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical E-commerce Analyst to join their expanding digital team in Brighton . You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience, conversion rates, and overall profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behaviour to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing, product, and operations teams to improve online performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis to enhance website effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on online retail.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of key e-commerce metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to present findings to stakeholders.
