About the Role

You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators, generating reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve website performance, conversion rates, and overall revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics , including website traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor user behavior, identify trends, and uncover insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize performance data for stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, marketing campaigns, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the website, marketing strategies, and customer journey based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement and test data-informed improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an E-commerce Analyst or in a similar data analysis role within an online retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, online marketing, and customer behavior.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
