About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and organized E-commerce Campaign Manager to join their team in Derby . This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive online sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and successful campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns for e-commerce, including email, social media, paid advertising, and promotional offers.
- Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce campaign assets and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, analyze results, and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
