About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to join their team in Manchester . You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the online store, from order fulfillment and inventory management to customer service escalations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.

Requirements
