E-commerce Operations Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels, implementing strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to orders, shipping, and payments, liaising with third-party logistics providers as needed.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for process improvement.
• Manage customer service inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce systems and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
