About the Role

Our client is searching for a technically skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Platform Specialist to manage and enhance their online store operations in Liverpool . Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring stability and performance.
• Implement new features, product listings, promotional campaigns, and content updates on the website.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform, payment gateways, and integrations.
• Work closely with web developers and IT teams to implement upgrades, optimizations, and new functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing and configuring e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce functionalities, including product management, checkout processes, and payment integrations.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customizations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
