About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Create engaging visual and written content, including product highlights, promotions, and behind-the-scenes updates.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive community interactions.
• Support the scheduling and launch of social media advertising campaigns under the guidance of the marketing team.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for campaign optimization.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and competitor activities relevant to e-commerce.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or marketing, ideally within an e-commerce context.
