Our client seeks a strategic and creative Educational Content Strategist to join their expanding team in Manchester . In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the content strategy for our diverse educational products and platforms. You will bridge the gap between learning science, market needs, and engaging content creation, ensuring our offerings are both pedagogically sound and commercially successful. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that supports the organization's educational goals and target audiences.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of a wide range of educational content, including digital courses, articles, videos, and interactive modules.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for innovation.
- Define content standards, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all educational materials.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align content with product roadmaps and launch plans.
- Analyze content performance metrics to measure impact and inform future content development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, educational publishing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and learning outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of digital content formats, SEO best practices, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
