Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that supports the organization's educational goals and target audiences.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of a wide range of educational content, including digital courses, articles, videos, and interactive modules.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for innovation.
• Define content standards, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all educational materials.
• Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align content with product roadmaps and launch plans.
• Analyze content performance metrics to measure impact and inform future content development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, educational publishing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and learning outcomes.
• Excellent understanding of digital content formats, SEO best practices, and content management systems.
