Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and the event planning team to confirm service details and guest requirements.

• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels for events and assist with inventory control.
