Key Responsibilities

• Supervise catering staff during events, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Manage event setup, including buffet and table arrangements, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Liaise with clients on-site to address any needs or requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
• Assist with breakdown and clean-up after events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role, preferably with supervisory duties.
