About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead their catering and dining operations in Sunderland . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B service, from menu development and inventory management to staff training and financial performance, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all patrons and maintaining the establishment's reputation for quality and excellence in the local dining scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures for all F&B supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a culture of exceptional service and teamwork.

Requirements
