About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and control costs within the F&B department.
• Manage and lead the F&B team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Create and update menus in collaboration with culinary teams, ensuring quality and appeal.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to optimise costs and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Food and Beverage Management role, preferably within a hotel or large hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and events.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Experience in menu development, stock control, and quality assurance.
