About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead their dining operations in Sunderland . This role is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, bar, and any other food and beverage outlets within the establishment, ensuring profitability, exceptional service, and adherence to brand standards. You will play a key role in menu development, staff training, inventory control, and delivering memorable experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage selections in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and supplier relations.
• Manage and train F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Control costs, manage budgets, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Food and Beverage Manager role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, costing, and inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Proficiency in hospitality POS systems and inventory management software.
