Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Computer Science department , including curriculum development and faculty management.

- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches in computer science education .
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and facilities effectively.

Requirements
- A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Substantial experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary or tertiary level, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Expertise in curriculum design, assessment strategies, and educational technology.
- Strong understanding of current trends and advancements in computing and IT.
