You will play a key part in managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, and contributing to HR projects. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to employees and managers on a range of HR matters.
- Assist in the management of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR role, such as HR Administrator or HR Assistant.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification is desirable.
