About the Role
Our client is looking for a diligent and organised HR Officer to join their remote HR function. This role is essential for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that HR processes are efficiently managed and that employees receive timely assistance. You will be involved in a variety of HR activities, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and providing support on HR policies. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide general HR support and answer employee queries regarding policies and procedures.
- Help to organise and deliver HR training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR support or HR Officer role is essential.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and UK employment law principles.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote role .
