About the Role
Our client is looking for a meticulous and results-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead their HR operations function in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, managing HR systems, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is critical for streamlining HR processes and providing a seamless experience for employees across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Requirements
- Significant experience in HR operations management, with a focus on process improvement and HRIS implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll, benefits administration, and employment law.
- Proficiency in HR management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience supporting a remote workforce is essential.
