Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
