Trainee HR Assistant

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Trainee HR Assistant to join their human resources team. This fully remote role provides an excellent entry point into the HR profession, offering comprehensive training in all facets of HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment support, employee onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations, working closely with experienced HR professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR information systems accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, managing correspondence and filing.
• Assist in the organization of employee events and training sessions.
• Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
