About the Role

Our client seeks a strategic and experienced Information Security Manager to lead their security initiatives from their Coventry office. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the corporate information security program, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor the information security team, fostering professional growth and high performance.

• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across all IT systems and operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in information security management and leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2), and security technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic security plans and manage security budgets effectively.
