Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log new insurance claims, gathering all necessary information from policyholders.
• Assess the validity of claims based on policy coverage and documentation provided.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, providing updates on claim progress and explaining decisions.
• Appoint and manage third-party service providers, such as loss adjusters and repair specialists, where required.
• Process claim payments accurately and efficiently upon approval.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claim activities in the claims management system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role; insurance experience is advantageous.
