Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the insurance department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service level agreements.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in insurance operations management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, including policy administration and claims processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in operational management software and data analysis tools.
