About the Role

This role is responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing management of profitable insurance products that meet market needs and company objectives. You will work cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, sales, and technology teams to bring new products to life and optimize existing ones. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for new and existing insurance products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps.
- Define product requirements, features, and specifications, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and launch through to growth and potential discontinuation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry .
- Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
