This role is vital in ensuring employees are up-to-date with company news, strategy, and culture, while also facilitating two-way communication channels. You will develop and implement internal communication plans, manage various communication platforms, and create content that resonates with employees. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies.
- Create engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and all-staff emails.
- Manage and optimize digital communication platforms for employee engagement.
- Support leadership in communicating key organizational changes and initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Organize and promote virtual employee events and town halls.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging internal communications.
- Experience with various communication platforms and technologies (e.g., Intranet software, email marketing tools).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Business, or a related field.
